סוכות

Sukkot 2028

A week of meals in a sukkah, a simple shelter open to the sky, remembering the years in the wilderness and giving thanks for the harvest.

In 2028 it begins on Wednesday 4 October in Karaite practice, and on Thursday 5 October in Masorti and Reform practice.

Like every day of the Jewish year, it begins at sunset the evening before. Karaite dates are projected, and may move a day once the new moon is sighted.
