סוכות

Sukkot 2026

A week of meals in a sukkah, a simple shelter open to the sky, remembering the years in the wilderness and giving thanks for the harvest.

In 2026 it begins on Saturday 26 September in Masorti and Reform practice, and on Sunday 27 September in Karaite practice.

Like every day of the Jewish year, it begins at sunset the evening before. Karaite dates are projected, and may move a day once the new moon is sighted.
