ليلة القدر

Laylat al-Qadr 2026

The Night of Power, when Muslims believe the Qur’an was first revealed, sought in the later nights of Ramadan.

In 2026 it falls on different days, from Saturday 7 March to Sunday 15 March.

Like every day of the Hijri year, it begins at sunset the evening before. Hijri dates are projected, and may move a day once the new moon is sighted.
